Since all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item is defective
- You received the wrong product

π« Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or replacements if:
- You entered incorrect personalization details (name, photo, date, etc.)
- You changed your mind after placing the order
- Minor color/placement variations (due to screen differences)
β³ Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them
- After that, production begins and cancellation may not be possible
