Since all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements if:

  • You entered incorrect personalization details (name, photo, date, etc.)
  • You changed your mind after placing the order
  • Minor color/placement variations (due to screen differences)

⏳ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them
  • After that, production begins and cancellation may not be possible
